easy: quick, easy, and consistent - an ever-evolving menu of 8 cocktails with the goal of getting the highest quality cocktails and mocktails to our guests in as little time as possible. the cocktail menu rotates frequently based on ingredient availability, seasonality and spontaneous bursts of creativity. the easy bar also serves coffee - with an all-day coffee cocktail menu as well as espresso, kyoto cold brew and specialty coffee drinks.

talk: a 10-seat menu-less drinking experience where bespoke cocktails are crafted a la minute based on a talk with your bartender. sit at the bar, have a conversation with us, and we’ll make you something real special.

In addition to cocktails and coffee, easytalk features a curated selection of barware, provisions, snacks, and house-made cocktail mixers, bottles, and supplies.
