November 16 - Bitters Class

Curious about all those tiny lil' bottles on the pegboard in the talk bar? Want to learn about what they are, how they're made, and how to use them? Have we got the cocktail class for you. Taste a bunch of bitters, learn about how we use them at easytalk, and drink a couple of cocktails. It'll be fun, we promise.

November 23 - Snowflakes on the Beach

Holiday Flavors/Summery Drinks. Fight the cold with Tropical cocktails, rum, crushed ice and flaming garnishes. Cuz' like, why not?

November 30 - Feelin’ Hot Hot Hot

As Winter looms, join us at easytalk for some toasty hot cocktails. Some of our favorite seasonal cocktails from Ginger Fox and easytalk have been hot cocktails - this is your chance to learn the recipes and techniques to keep you and your guests warm this holiday season. 2pm Session Added!

December 7 - 1000 Piers Gin - The Hackney Distillery

The team from the Hackney Distillery in Little Washington, NC is coming to Winston Salem, and we're pretty excited about it. Their flagship 1000 Piers Coastal Carolina Gin is one of our favorite North Carolina spirits, featuring many regionally-sourced botanicals and produced in the traditional London Dry style. We'll be learning all about their distillery, and tasting their spirit lineup - and the raw ingredients that go into them. If you're interested in gin, this is the class for you.

December 14 - Bye Week

A day of rest before the holidays sweep us away.

December 21 - Holiday Cocktails

Sip and sample international Holiday Cocktails while learning about holiday drinking traditions from around the world. 2pm Session Added!

December 28 - New Year Cocktails

Ring in the New Year early with us at easytalk! The bubbles will be flowing, there will be Punch, we're gonna have snacks. Realistically, David's gonna be a little teary celebrating almost 3 years of easytalk, 4 years of Sunday School and 5 (!!!!) of Ginger Fox in Winston Salem. 2pm Session Added!

DETAILS: Unless otherwise noted*, our standard $60 ticket price includes a reserved seat in class, 2 full-sized cocktails, a cocktail guide, and light bar snacks. Classes are 1.5-2 hrs. Reservations are required. We ask for a nonrefundable 50% deposit to hold seats, payable online, at the bar or over the phone. The remaining 50% will be due at the conclusion of class. Unless otherwise noted, classes will be held at 4pm.

*'Tasting + Cocktails' classes include 6 tasting pours, 1 full cocktail, a tasting + cocktail guide, and bar snacks. Tasting classes are normally priced at $75/guest.
