February 8 - Equal Parts Cocktails
We love an equal parts cocktail. There’s something magical about combining exotic ingredients from around the world in equal parts, shakin’ them up, and tasting what happens. Taste a selection of historic and modern classics, learn about how to create your own, and nerd out over the infinite variations of the Equal Parts Cocktail. 2pm class added!

February 22 - Japanese Whisky Tasting & Cocktails
It finally happened - enough Japanese Whisky has made it into Winston Salem for us to host a Japanese Whisky tasting class! Celebrate Lunar New Year with us by tasting and learning all about Japanese Whisky at easytalk.
March 1 - TarotTalk: A Sunday School Collab
Anna from Manduca Tarot is joining us for a special Tarot-focussed Sunday School collab! Learn about the history and modern implementation of Tarot, have your cards read, and make a few Tarot-themed cocktails. 1pm class added!
Dry or Dirty? Shaken or Stirred? Up or on the rocks? What even is a Martini? Taste the classic in its many forms, and learn exactly how to make your perfect Martini at home! Oh, and there will be french fries of many shapes and sizes. 2pm class added!
March 15 - St. Patrick’s Day Drinking
St. Patricks Day 2026 is on a Tuesday, so we're celebrating early by making Irish cocktails and sippping Irish whiskey.
Celebrate warmer days with Spring cocktails at easytalk. Learn about infusing spirits and syrups with herbs and capturing fresh Spring flavors in cocktail form. 2pm class added!
We all love coffee. We all love cocktails. We all LOVE Coffee Cocktails. Learn about how easytalk makes the perfect espresso martini and how to think about bridging the gap and blurring the lines between our favorite morning and evening beverages.
DETAILS: Unless otherwise noted*, our standard $60 ticket price includes a reserved seat in class, 2 full-sized cocktails, a cocktail guide, and light bar snacks. Classes are 1.5-2 hrs. Reservations are required. We ask for a nonrefundable 50% deposit to hold seats, payable online, at the bar or over the phone. The remaining 50% will be due at the conclusion of class. Unless otherwise noted, classes will be held at 4pm.
*'Tasting + Cocktails' classes include 6 tasting pours, 1 full cocktail, a tasting + cocktail guide, and bar snacks. Tasting classes are normally priced at $75/guest.
