April 12 - Gin Tasting & Cocktails
Learn all about Gin, from classic London Dry to New World Botanical Gins to Barrel Rested. Taste 6 premium Gins from around the world (and state!), learn how and why they are made, and most importantly - how to mix your perfect Martini!
We all have our fix - this year in preparation for 4/20, we're learning about using THC + CBD in cocktails. Please note: even though we won't be consuming (much) alcohol), attendees still must be 21+ years of age.
April 26 - Derby Day: Juleps & More
The Kentucky Derby is next week! Take your favorite hat and/or seersucker suit for a test spin at easytalk and learn to mix the perfect Julep before the big day.
May 3 - Cocktail Science: Flavor & Balance
Learn about the science that goes into making tasty cocktails and how different flavors/tastes interact in the glass. Develop a basic understanding of flavor balance so you can make better cocktails at home - and order better cocktails at bars
Flowers and chocolates are fun, cocktails and shared experiences are more fun. Join us at easytalk on Mother's Day for a special Sunday School celebrating Mom!
May 17 - Tequila Cocktails: Margs & More
Summer's just around the corner, so join us at easytalk to learn all about why Tequila is the world's fastest growing spirits category and how to use it in fresh, citrusy cocktails. We'll be making our favorite margarita recipe, as well as one of Ginger Fox's top sellers for 4+ years: Hot Grill Summer.
DETAILS: Unless otherwise noted*, our standard $60 ticket price includes a reserved seat in class, 2 full-sized cocktails, a cocktail guide, and light bar snacks. Classes are 1.5-2 hrs. Reservations are required. We ask for a nonrefundable 50% deposit to hold seats, payable online, at the bar or over the phone. The remaining 50% will be due at the conclusion of class. Unless otherwise noted, classes will be held at 4pm.
*'Tasting + Cocktails' classes include 6 tasting pours, 1 full cocktail, a tasting + cocktail guide, and bar snacks. Tasting classes are normally priced at $75/guest.
